This avocado cream sauce recipe is a great addition to all of my sauce recipes! It is a wonderful Mexican crema made with healthy ripe avocado. By blending the avocado with other ingredients like Greek yogurt, citrus and herbs, it becomes creamy, flavorful and is the perfect sauce to drizzle on any Mexican dish!

- Avocados – fresh, ripe avocados are the key ingredient in this recipe.
- Greek yogurt – plain greek yogurt to add protein and nice creamy tangy flavor. You could also use sour cream. Diary free Greek yogurt works great too! Just make sure it is plain and not flavored.
- Jalapeños – 1 medium jalapeño gives this sauce a slight spicy kick. This ingredient is optional but adds a nice hint of spice to the avocado sauce.
- Cilantro – some fresh cilantro adds a nice herby clean taste that is amazing!
