Summertime is fun but it can also get super crazy busy when your booked end to end all day, shifting the kids around to camps, playdates and the in-laws just so you can get your own work done. Add in planning meals every single day and night and things can get a little overwhelming. So here are some of my favorite super easy summer meals that you can make in under 30 minutes that everyone will love.
1. Chickpea Cauliflower Burger
