Description

This healthy pumpkin spice latte recipe is better than any coffee shop version. It comes together in 10 minutes and it is perfectly creamy, pumpkin-y and naturally sweetened.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1 cup soy milk or any milk you like
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie filling

Instructions

  1. Brew your favorite coffee or espresso and pour into mugs.
  2. Combine the milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice in a small pot on the stovetop over medium-low heat and whisk well. Warm for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour the pumpkin creamer evenly into the mugs over the coffee. Use a hand mixer to froth your PSL if desired, top each latte with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use a good quality coffee or espresso.
  • You can use any type of milk you like. We use soy milk since it is very creamy without any dairy.
  • To make this pumpkin latte sugar free, use stevia or sugar free maple syrup in place of the regular maple syrup.
