Description
This protein cookie dough only has 6 simple ingredients, and is a no-bake treat that is gluten-free, vegan-friendly, low-carb, and tastes like real cookie dough! Each serving is packed with 12 grams of protein and you can whip it up in just 5 minutes.

- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter – or any nut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
- Pinch of sea salt – optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour with the protein powder. Add the salt, if using.
- Add in the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla, and use a fork or spoon to mix until fully combined into a chunky, thick cookie dough. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Eat right away or cover and chill.
Notes
- Use a good quality vanilla protein powder like Truvani or Ancient Nutrition brands.
- Creamy, drippy nut butter will work best since it is easier to mix in with the rest of the ingredients. If your nut butter is not drippy enough then you can put it into a microwave-safe dish and heat it for 10-20 seconds in the microwave.
- This protein cookie dough can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week!
