Description
This high protein cottage cheese queso dip is made with 3 ingredients in 5 minutes in the blender! It is a spin on classic queso with a lightened up twist by adding cottage cheese. This queso is perfectly creamy, cheesy and goes great with tortilla chips!

- 16oz cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese and taco seasoning to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth, Add a splash of water or lime juice if needed to smooth it out.
- Transfer the blended queso to a microwave safe bowl and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the cheese is fully melted.
- Serve right away with tortilla chips!
Notes
- Use a high quality cottage cheese like Good Culture. I used 4% milk fat for the best creamiest queso.
- Blend well unlit fully smooth, add a splash of water to smooth out if needed.
- Adjust the flavors to your preference.
