Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Mix up the parmesan and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Brush or spray the tortillas with olive oil then sprinkle with the pizza seasoning, reserving 1/2 for topping the pizza.
- Spread the pizza sauce on each tortilla in an even layer then top with the pepperoni and cheese. Sprinkle more pizza seasoning on top of each pizza.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, carefully place one of the tortilla pizzas into the air fryer, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is fully melted.
- Once the pizza is done, remove the air fryer basket from the air fryer and let the pizza sit in the basket for 2-3 minutes to crisp up more.
- Carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer using a spatula then cook the other pizza.
- Cut the pizza into triangles and enjoy!
Notes
- Tortillas – almond flour or flour tortillas work best but any tortillas will work.
- Sauce – use pizza sauce, pesto, alfredo, or even BBQ sauce.
- Cheese – any cheese will work!
- Storage – Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days, and reheat in the air fryer until golden with the cheese melted.
