Description
This easy green goddess dressing can be made in 5 minutes and goes great on everything from salads to sandwiches to pizza! It even makes a wonderful dip with veggies. Make it ahead and use it all week long!
Ingredients

- 1 cup packed fresh basil
- 1 cup packed fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup packed watercress
- 1/2 cup diced scallions
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup avocado mayo – or regular mayo
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 a ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or stevia (optional for some sweetness if desired)
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Secure the lid on and blend on high until all ingredients are fully combined into a creamy, herby dressing.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs and not dried ones for the best results.
- Use vegan mayo to make this recipe vegan.
- You can store this dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
