Description
This 3 ingredient strawberry Ninja Creami ice cream is a protein packed healthy treat you can eat every day! It is made with Greek yogurt, blended strawberries and maple syrup and is creamy, easy to make and so delicious everyone will want to try it!

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1.5 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Clean, dry and chop the strawberries
- Add the chopped strawberries to a high speed blender and blend on high until they form a smooth strawberry puree.
- Combine the yogurt, strawberry puree and maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl.
- Transfer the strawberry ice cream yogurt mixture to your Ninja Creami pint container and place the lid on tightly.
- Place the mixture into the freezer on a flat surface and allow it to freeze for at least 24 hours, freezing it for no more than 48 hours.
- When ready, remove the container from the freezer, secure it in your Ninja Creami machine, select your desired cycle (I used soft serve), hit “spin” and it will likely spin loudly for 4-5 minutes. Once it is done, check it and respin if needed. It should be a creamy, thick consistency. If the ice cream appears icy, add a splash of milk and re-spin until it is creamy. At this point you could also add mix-in’s if you like and select the “mix-in’s” cycle, which usually runs 1-2 minutes.
- Then serve tight away and enjoy!
Notes
- Use Greek yogurt since it is thicker and creamier plus high in protein then regular yogurt.
- Fresh strawberries work best in this ice cream recipe but you can use frozen strawberries, just thaw them first.
- Store leftover Ninja Creami strawberry ice cream in the pint container, covered tightly with the lid in the freezer for up to 48 hours. Just “re-spin” when ready to enjoy!
