Description

These Mini Cadbury Egg Protein Balls are the best no-bake Easter treat! They are made with oats, protein powder, maple syrup, peanut butter and festive Easter chocolate candies for a fun, healthy dessert that you can make and enjoy all week long!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup protein powder – I used Clean Simple Eats Vanilla
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2/3 cup chopped mini Cadbury eggs

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, protein powder, peanut butter and milk to a medium size mixing bowl and mix well to combine. I like to use a fork to do this.
  2. Then fold in the chopped mini Cadbury eggs.
  3. Use a small ice cream scoop and wet hands to roll the mixture into 18-20 even size protein balls. Place them onto a plate or pan and chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Chop the mini Cadbury eggs into smaller pieces so they allow the mixture to hold together better.
  • Use wet hands to roll the mixture into protein balls so it doesn’t stick.
  • Store leftover protein balls in a container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or freeze up to one month.
