Description
This easy chicken crust pizza is a low carb, high protein pizza crust that is sturdy and delicious. It makes a great healthy alternative to traditional pizza crust and is easy to make with a few simple ingredients.

For the pizza crust
- 1 pound ground chicken – white meat
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Pizza toppings
- Pizza sauce
- Mozarella cheese
- Olives
- Bell peppers
- Onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper
- Combine the ground chicken, eggs, cheese, seasoning salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the pizza crust mixture to the lined baking pan and spread it out into an even rectangle or square shape that is about ½ inch thick
- Cook for 22-25 minutes in the preheated oven until golden and set, then remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the toppings, then return the pizza to the oven and cook for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
- Once the pizza is done cooking, remove it from the oven and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes before you slice and serve it.
Notes
- Use good quality ground chicken or grind up 2 whole chicken breasts in your food processor.
- Mix the pizza crust ingredients together well but do not over mix.
- Blot any excess moisture on the curst before adding any toppings.
- Allow the chicken pizza crust to cool for a few minutes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat portions in the microwave or oven until fully heated through.
