Here is where I will share all of my recipes that can be made in 15 minutes or less! Yes, that is possible and delicious! I for one am a huge proponent for easy, fast recipes especially when I have my two little munchkins running around and I need to feed myself. Of course there are many times during the week or on the weekend that I have more time to plan and cook the more extensive recipes I have on the blog but these are close and dear to my heart since these recipes are my go to’s in a pinch!
So many times I hear from people that they believe that being vegetarian is so hard and that is true to some degree in the beginning but that is the case when you are trying out anything new and not just directed to changing to a vegetarian diet. I am here to prove that eating vegetarian is not that difficult and all it takes is having recipes like these on hand that can be pulled together with ingredients that you probably always have around.
To get started, here are some of my existing recipes that take 15 minutes or less to prepare and are so good, you will want to always keep them on hand all of the time! This is just a start! Stay tuned for more 15 minutes recipes that I will add each month.
