Zucchini Banana Bread

Ingredients

Combine the mashed banana, butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup egg and vanilla in a bowl.

Stir in the flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt and combine into a thick, wet batter.

Then fold in the shredded zucchini.

Pour the zucchini banana bread batter into a prepared bread pan in an even layer.

Bake the banana bread at 350 degrees F for 55-60 minutes.  Then let it cool.

Slice, top with butter or almond butter and enjoy!
