Simple Healthy Egg Salad

This healthy egg salad is made dairy-free by using avocado mayo. It's loaded with protein and flavor. Enjoy over fresh greens or on some toasted bread!

Ingredients you will need

Add chopped hard boiled eggs to a medium bowl along with pickles, onion, dill, mayo, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. 

Mix the egg salad ingredients together, and enjoy! Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
