Gluten-Free Easter Cookies

The Ingredients 

Mix the wet ingredients in a medium bowl.

Mix the dry ingredients in a separate medium bowl.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients into a thick cookie dough. 

Form the dough into 1.5-2 inch circles on a baking sheet. 

Bake at 325 degrees F until golden. About 12-15 minutes. 

Mix up the lemon icing.

Let the cookies cool then decorate.
