Description
These frozen protein s’mores bars are the best protein-packed treat ever! They are made with 5 simple ingredients and require no baking. We love them straight from the freezer for a quick light dessert that everyone loves!

- 18 graham crackers
- 10 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tub Cool Whip or Coco Whip
- 1.5 scoops (about 45 grams) of vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper
- Arrange 9 graham crackers in the bottom of the pan in an even layer.
- Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe dish and microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
- Pour and spread half of the melted chocolate over the graham crackers and allow to set – about 5-10 minutes.
- Add the cool whip to a medium bowl and combine it with the protein powder, making sure to fully mix it.
- Spread the cool whip mixture over the set chocolate layer then pour and spread the remaining chocolate over the cool whip.
- Top with the remaining 9 graham crackers and place in the freezer for 2-8 hours.
- Once the bars are ready, remove them from the freezer, carefully lift them out of the pan, and cut them into squares.
Notes
- Any good-tasting protein powder will work great!
- I recommend using an 8×8 metal pan for the best results
- Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container in the freezer for up to 5 days and enjoy them straight from the freezer.
